The original Classy Kids Consignment was founded by two friends to fill a need in the community. They recognized the need for an affordable solution to the growing needs of children.

Classy Kids was then and is now a family owned and operated resale store. The shop opened its doors in 1998 at Tomoka Plaza in Ormond Beach. After outgrowing that space in 5 years, they moved the store to the plaza at the corner of LPGA and Nova in Holly Hill where it remained for another 10 years. In 2009 the store was split to two locations with two new owners. One went back to the original location in Tomoka Plaza in Ormond Beach (Classy Kids by Bobby). The other opened in South Daytona just south of Reed Canal (Classy Kids by Susie). Although successful, Bobby decided to close the Ormond store. Susie saw this as an opportunity to serve both communities by moving back to Holly HillThe original Classy Kids Consignment was founded by two friends to fill a need in the community.
