My father Robert Lewis Hartley started RLH Insurance in 1993. He decided that the name would become Hartley Insurance Services when I (Paul Hartley) would become a partner with him and help him retire in 2010. He passed away in 2006, and I am determined to fulfill our dream of changing the name to First Florida Insurance Network of Daytona Beach. The agency was started with the vision of focusing on one thing and doing it better than everybody else. SERVICE!
