Debora Mason Batz, owner/founder of The Pilates Spot® is a Certified STOTT PILATES® Instructor of all levels including Injury & Special Populations. With over 25 years experience in fitness training, she specializes in Personal Training given her extensive educational knowledge with Pilates Apparatus & theories. Debora discovered Pilates exercise while searching for a more efficient workout to improve overall health without the false idea that pain must be included. She transitioned from Aerobics Instructor to gradually introducing Pilates to the Daytona Beach area through classes at the college & local gyms while also preparing to start her own business. In 2003 The Pilates Spot opened in Ormond Beach but grew quickly so 2006 she bought the perfect SPOT in Port Orange and called it home. Debora designed the 7 room studio for your comfort & privacy with loads of Pilates apparatus plus accessories mixed within for exciting workouts!
