Port Orange Police Department Arrest 18-Year-Old Man on Sexual Battery Charges.

According to a news release sent out by Port Orange Police Department, the Criminal Investigation Division has arrested 18-year-old Port Orange Resident, Connor Benat, on Sexual battery charges of a 13-year-old female victim.
The charges include two counts of Lewd Lascivious Battery and one count of Lewd and Lascivious Molestation.
Benat was arrested Thursday, August 20, and was transported to the Volusia County Branch Jail on a $15,000 bond.
